DASH Gamer Playlist #21 – Duran Duran, Talk Talk, Tears for Fears, Bronski Beat & MORE

The playlist. Music that we jam to, while being productive with our daily tasks. This week Buddy’s back and has bought us his weekly mixtape, enjoy!

This weeks playlist is a blast from the past and features a collection of my favourite new wave and electronic songs from the late seventies to eighties. A number of them have been covered (How Soon is Now from Love Spit Love and It’s My Life from No Doubt). whilst others feature on some of my favourite movie soundtrack (Here’s looking at you Donnie Darko).

Love My Way features in one of 2017s best movies, Call Me By Your Name, and The Chauffeur from Duran Duran has a very raunchy film clip that you should definitely check out. Smalltown Boy also features a powerful film clip depicting homophobia and a boys parents finding out their sons homosexuality, only for the father to be unsupportive and kick him out of home.
